We serve breakfast at 9 am in the pub downstairs unless prior arrangements have been made. The rooms have a separate entrance, flat screen TV, complimentary coffee and water. We have an iron and ironing board available and we serve both lunch and dinner in the pub if you wanted to book a table. As a double bedroom with a single person or couple sharing is £140/night including a cooked breakfast or £125/night room only. Bathroom with shower over bath. If we make up the double sofa bed the room is £175/night including breakfast or £150/night room only
