We serve breakfast in the pub downstairs at 9am unless prior arrangements are made. Breakfast is an additional £15 per person which includes tea, coffee, toast, cereal and a full English cooked breakfast. Please note breakfast is only available Wednesday to Sunday. If you would like Breakfast then please let us know at time of booking.
The rooms have a separate entrance, flat screen TV, complimentary tea, coffee and water. We have an iron and ironing board available, and we serve both lunch and dinner in the pub if you wanted to a book table.
To confirm the booking, we take a full payment. This is refundable if cancelled with more than 1 weeks’ notice. We do charge a £10 admin fee for cancellations. Please let us know which room you would like to book, we can then send you our bank details to make payment.

Room 1: As a double bedroom with a single person or couple sharing is £125/night room only. (Bathroom with shower over bath)
If we make up the double sofa bed, the room is £150/night room only.
Room 2: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (French bath with shower attachment) is £115/night room only.
Room 4: Double bedroom with en suite which has a walk-in shower (no bath) £120/night. This has a single sofa bed which we can make up and would be £140/night.
Double bedroom with ensuite which has a walk-in shower (no bath) £135/night including cooked breakfast or £120/night room only. This room has a single sofa bed which we can make up and would be £160/night or £140/night for room only
